By placing a deposit or engaging with Tenchita the Clown’s services, you agree to the following terms and conditions, including our privacy practices.

I. Deposit Refund Policy
A. Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled event: 100% refund of the deposit.
B. Cancellations made 14 to 29 days before the event: 50% refund of the deposit.
C. Cancellations made 13 days or less before the event: No refund will be issued.
D. For bookings made within 30 days of the event: the client has 48 hours from the time of booking to cancel and receive a full refund (100%). After this period, the standard refund terms above will apply.

II. Event Date and Time Confirmation
A. By placing a deposit, you confirm that the date and time provided to Tenchita are accurate and final.
B. If rescheduling is necessary, Tenchita will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request. However, availability is not guaranteed, and Tenchita is only obligated to appear at the original date and time confirmed at booking.

III. Punctuality
A. Tenchita strives to arrive promptly at the scheduled time. Please ensure your event is ready to begin upon her arrival.
B. In case of inclement weather or unexpected traffic delays, Tenchita will notify you and adjust the arrival time (typically within 15–30 minutes). The full duration of booked services will still be honored.
C. Tenchita is not responsible for the punctuality of your guests. Any changes to the event schedule must be approved by Tenchita and are subject to her availability.

IV. Client Responsibilities
A. You agree to provide:

• Adequate space for Tenchita to perform
• A parking space directly in front of the event location
• Access to electricity for her equipment

If any of these cannot be provided, please contact Tenchita in advance to make alternative arrangements.

V. Travel Fees
A. Additional travel fees may apply depending on the event location. Please contact Tenchita directly to confirm whether a travel fee applies to your booking.

VI. Privacy and Data Usage
By engaging Tenchita’s services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for service-related and promotional purposes. This includes:

• Personal identification information such as name, email, phone number, and address, collected voluntarily through booking forms, deposits, or inquiries.
• Photos and videos taken during events may be used for marketing purposes, including display on Tenchita’s website, social media, and promotional materials. If you wish to have any media removed, please contact Tenchita at tenchitatheclown@gmail.com.
• Testimonials or reviews submitted by clients may be quoted or published for promotional use.
• Non-personal data such as browser type or device information may be collected to improve site performance and user experience.
• Cookies may be used to enhance browsing. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may be affected.

Your data will never be sold or rented. It may be shared with trusted third-party providers solely for operational purposes (e.g., email newsletters or surveys), and only with your permission.
